We try our best to make product pictures and descriptions accurate. Slight color difference may exist due to screen display, natural material texture difference for wood, stone and walnut goods. These are normal handicraft characteristics, not product defects.

2. Custom Order Rules
When you place a custom bracelet order, you confirm all specifications including bead size, material, accessories and layout.
Once custom order production commences, modification, cancellation or refund is not allowed. Please read custom proposal carefully before confirmation.

3. Payment

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect loss, incidental loss caused by usage of handicraft products. Our maximum liability will not exceed the actual order amount you paid.
