1. Non-Custom Ready-Made Products (Ready-to-Wear Bracelets, Incense Sticks, Walnuts)

You may apply for a return or refund within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
2. Custom-Made Bracelets

Custom bracelets are produced according to your personal requirements.

Once the custom order is confirmed and production has started, NO returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Please double-check all details—including bead size, material selection, and accessories—before confirming your custom order.
3. Circumstances Where We Do Not Accept Returns or Refunds

Man-made scratches, wear and tear, drop damage, or oxidation caused by improper storage.

Products damaged due to personal misuse.

Products returned beyond the 14-day return window.

Custom-made bracelets after production has started.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival
If you receive broken or defective goods, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and offer solutions such as a partial refund or replacement.
